State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council held meeting of expert groups

As a part of activities of the Communication tax platform, a regular meeting of expert groups of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council took place. Participants considered problematic issues with which business representatives addressed the Business Ombudsman Council.

Representatives of the State Tax Service provided clarifications on the value added tax administration, registration suspension of tax invoices, practice of taking into account data tables of the VAT payer, execution of court decisions by the tax service, etc.

Representatives of the State Tax Service notes that the Business Ombudsman Council is institution that fully provides feedback on the quality of work of the tax service. Such interaction is carried out within the framework of signed Memorandum of Cooperation. At the same time, meeting format of expert groups positively characterizes dynamics of appeals submitted for their consideration.
