State business support in fiscalization of settlement operations

In wartime conditions, the State Tax Service of Ukraine continues work on improving functionality of free PRRO, creating convenient conditions for business to meet requirements for fiscalization of settlement operations.

PRRO from the State Tax Service is a software solution, applicable for Windows, Android, iOS operating systems and Web version, which integrates with fiscal server of the State Tax Service.

Functional capabilities of PRRO from the State Tax Service:

opening/closing/auto-closing of  shift;

formation, registration, issuance of checks;

adding products/services to check from the list or manually;

printing and sending fiscal checks to buyers by the e-mail/instant messengers;

maintenance of nomenclature directories (export/import of data);

maintenance of tax rates directory;

use of a barcode scanner;

adding barcode of the excise tax stamp;

different forms of payment (cash/non-cash/combined);

registration of a discount/return of product for a separate product/check;

formation and review of X-report, Z-report;

sending the Z-report to the fiscal server;

transition/exit to/from offline mode with possibility of saving/transferring data to the fiscal server.

Business entity chooses, at its own request, PRRO from the State Tax Service or any other (commercial) solution for settlement operations.

At the end of June, work of PRRO from the State Tax Service was demonstrated at the 27th General Assembly of the Intra-European Organization of Tax Administrations (IOTA) and received a favorable assessment from the participants.
