State Tax Service holds meetings with business on the use of RRO/PRRO

Questions regarding procedure for using registrars of settlement operations/software registrars of settlement operations were considered during online meeting of representatives of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, State Tax Service with business representatives and tax consultants.

Specialists of the State Tax Service provided clarification on the application of legislative norms that regulate relations in the settlement sphere.

In particular, certain aspects of activities of the e-commerce entities, specifics of providing forwarding and courier services, specifying mandatory requisites of fiscal checks, ensuring protection of consumer rights and fulfilling requirements of the law by sellers of products were considered.
