Changes in taxation with single tax and VAT - joint webinar of the State Tax Service and the All-Ukrainian Accounting ClubChapter: News

State Tax Service and the public organization "All-Ukrainian Accounting Club" continued practice of holding joint webinars on current taxation issues for taxpayers.

Today's meeting was devoted to the main changes in tax legislation provided for by the Law of Ukraine № 3219, in area of the single tax and VAT payment.

Speakers explained the specifics of paying single tax by taxpayers who used simplified system with special taxation peculiarities until August 1, 2023 and, according to the Law of Ukraine 3219, automatically returned to taxation system they were on before.

Tax officials, in particular, explained correctness of determining the maximum amount of income after returning to rate and group of the single tax, filling out application for application of the simplified system, etc.

Representatives of the State Tax Service also informed about taxation peculiarities of operations that were carried out by the payer during stay on the simplified system with taxation peculiarities, formation of tax liabilities and the value added tax credit.

Representatives of the State Tax Service considered individual cases and provided answers to questions of the meeting participants.

During the webinar, importance of such joint events, which provide opportunity for payers to receive thorough clarifications and answers to current questions, was noted.
