Representatives of the State Tax Service and taxpayers' associations discussed topical issues of application of the RRO/PRRO usageChapter: News

Usage of registrars of settlement operations/its software under conditions of the Law of Ukraine № 3219 as of 30.06.2023 "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine regarding taxation peculiarities during the martial law" became subject of discussion during the meeting of representatives of the State Tax Service and taxpayers.

Event was attended by representatives of the "City council" associations, private employers, Ukrainian business council, Ukrainian direct selling association and the Economic expert platform.

Director of the Tax Audit Department of the State Tax Service Tetiana Dotsenko particularly emphasized that the latest legislative changes will not lead to pressure on business, as the State Tax Service uses a risk-based approach to planning audits and only those taxpayers who have a high risk of violating the law will be audited. State Tax Service also takes appropriate response measures in cases of consumer complaints and appeals from the local self-government bodies.

Citizens have the opportunity at any time of the day, 24/7 and in any place to notify tax service through the "StopViolationBot" chatbot in the Telegram messenger about known facts of violations of the law, in particular, regarding:

non-use of RRO/PRRO, non-issuance of checks;

refusal to pay with a bank card;

increase in prices for food products, medicines;

failure to formalize labor relations with employees;

conduction of economic activities without state registration.

During the constructive dialogue, specialists of the State Tax Service provided detailed answers to questions received from representatives of payer associations regarding procedure for carrying out settlements in trade, public catering and services, and also considered suggestions for improving requirements for the RRO/PRRO usage, peculiarities of their application in various areas of business activity.

Parties agreed to support cooperation and in the future to hold similar meetings dedicated to consideration of practical cases and problematic issues, because only joint work gives results.
