Expert groups of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council held new meetingChapter: News

During the meeting of expert groups, representatives of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council processed another package of appeals from the taxpayers.

Participants reviewed complaints made by payers to the Business Ombudsman Council. In particular, they discussed issues in segment of registration suspension of tax invoices, value added tax administration and enforcement of court decisions by the State Tax Service, etc.

Specialists of the State Tax Service provided comprehensive answers to questions, as well as practical recommendations for individual cases. Specialists also noted importance of work of expert groups, as analysis of the taxpayers' appeals makes it possible to identify systemic issues that require greater attention and refinement by the Service.
