State Tax Service and European Business Association discussed actual issues of the RRO/PRRO usage in passenger transportation sphere

Representatives of the State Tax Service, during the meeting, discussed actual issues of the usage scope of registrars of settlement operations (abb. RRO) /software registrars of settlement operations (abb. PRRO) under conditions of the Law of Ukraine № 3219 as of 30.06.2023 "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine regarding taxation peculiarities during the martial law" and the European Business Association.

In particular, it was about usage procedure for registrars of settlement operations /software registrars of settlement operations by business entities operating in passenger transportation segment, billing for taxi services and requirements for issuing passengers (consumers of services) relevant settlement documents of the prescribed form and content. Also, employees of the State Tax Service suggested that service providers providing taxis to consumers consider issue of integrating their software with theAPI of the fiscal server of the State Tax Service in order to automate fiscalization of payments for provided services.

State Tax Service uses all available communication channels to clarify tax innovations and provide professional assistance to taxpayers, and is always open to constructive dialogue with business and cooperation with business associations and the public.
