State Tax Service and Business Ombudsman Council held meeting of expert groups

Representatives of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council continued to consider appeals from payers sent to address of the Business Ombudsman Council.

Participants discussed issues of the value added tax administration, registration of tax invoices and consideration of payer data tables, enforcement of court decisions by the State Tax Service.

Representatives of the State Tax Service commented on individual cases and provided explanation of norms of tax legislation.
