State Tax Service continues open dialogue with businessChapter: News

Representatives of the State Tax Service took part in tax forum "TAX&BUSINESS TALKS – A2B FORUM", organized jointly with Ukrainian Association of Lawyers.

Latest tax changes and innovations in taxation were discussed during event.

Representatives of the State Tax Service spoke about peculiarities of the approach to inclusion of payers in the plan-schedule of conducting documentary scheduled audits, its updating, adjustment periods and categories of payers that can be checked. This allows tax officials to focus on conducting audits of risky payers and avoid audits of transparent business.

Representatives of the State Tax Service spoke about legislative novations and methods of administrative analysis and control.

In particular, it was about changes to indicators of positive tax history, conditions for inclusion in the list of risky taxpayers, working methods of the VAT Payer Data Table, possibility of automatic unblocking of tax invoices after processing of Payer Data Table or after canceling payer’s risk status.

In addition, analysis of the first reports and communications on controlled foreign companies was considered.
