Specialists of the State Tax Service provided answers to practical questions of the accounting community regarding taxation

Practical matters of application of tax legislation were explained today by representatives of the State Tax Service during meeting with the Public organization "All-Ukrainian accounting club".

Participants considered the value-added tax administration, in particular, peculiarities of filling out tax invoices, correctness of reflecting tax credit and application of sanctions.

It was also about the use of registrars of settlement operations. Tax officials explained nuances of conducting fiscal calculations upon the product sale via the Internet using delivery services, filling in mandatory requisites of a fiscal check, possibility of registering "mobile" PRRO, etc.

Tax officials, during the meeting, commented on the practical questions of participants and provided practical recommendations from individual cases.
