Representatives of the State Tax Service discoursed about main aspects of conducting tax audits

Tax audits were discussed by participants of the online meeting "About trends of tax audits", organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association which was traditionally attended by representatives of the State Tax Service.

Organization of control and audit work, main types of violations, which are assumed by VAT and income tax payers, were considered during event. It was also about the use of registrars of settlement operations and determination of unreality of business operations.

Representatives of the State Tax Service discoursed about renewal of responsibility for violations from August 1, 2023 detected during audits, as well as main innovations that await payers from December 1, 2023.

It was emphasized that using the "SKARGA KPR DPS" chatbot it is possible at any time of the day, 24/7 and in any place to report about alleged groundless audit measures by territorial bodies of the State Tax Service during tax audits.

In addition, during event, the most common questions raised by the taxpayers were explained and practical recommendations were provided regarding application of certain tax legislation.
