Work of expert groups of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council: systematic questions from the taxpayers are in the focusChapter: News

Appeals from taxpayers, which the Business Ombudsman Council received, were discussed today during a meeting of joint expert groups of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and the Council.

Experts considered complaints submitted by taxpayers to the Business Ombudsman Council, provided answers and recommendations regarding application of norms of current tax legislation.

In particular, appeals of taxpayers regarding functioning of the VAT electronic administration system, registration suspension of tax invoicesadjustment calculations, consideration of the taxpayer data table, execution of court decisions, etc., were considered.
