Contact center of the State Tax Service provided answers to 977.5 thousand taxpayers’ appeals in 2023Chapter: News

Contact Center of the State Tax Service has provided answers to 977.5 thousand appeals of individuals and legal entities in January – December 2023. Of the total number of appeals: 854.2 thousand were answered by telephone, 5.6 – by the e-mail and 117.7 thousand – by chat in messengers.

Taxpayers the most often applied for information regarding the single tax and usage of registrars of settlement operations, value added tax, personal income tax, military levy, single contribution to obligatory state social insurance and status of electronic reporting processing.

Business entities and citizens also have opportunity to use the Knowledge Base – an automated database of unified answers to questions from individuals and legal entities. It is posted on the official web portal of the State Tax Service in section “Questions – answers from the Knowledge Base” of the Public information and reference resource (ZIR).

Visitors of the portal can find answers to questions that interest them at any convenient time. Individuals and legal entities made 3.6 million visits to ZIR in 2023.

Knowledge Base is constantly updated and kept up to date. Validity of 1310 unified questions and answers was limited due to legislative changes during January – December 2023 and 1430 were introduced in the new edition.
