Representatives of the State Tax Service informed about reporting peculiarities on income tax and VAT for 2023

Annual reporting for 2023, declarations, cameral audits and tax consequences were discussed today by participants of the Q&A meeting, which took place in the "open microphone" format. Various questions raised by representatives of the business community and experts during event were thoroughly answered by specialists of the State Tax Service.

Representatives of the State Tax Service also informed in detail about peculiarities of annual reporting on income tax and VAT, focusing on those practical questions that payers addressed most often. 

It was, in particular, about nuances of filling out quarterly reporting and applying tax differences, correcting mistakes from past periods, innovations in filling out the annex RI (reflection of tax differences during calculation of taxation object), reporting of the DiiaCity residents on the general taxation system.

Participants also considered reporting of operations with non-residents. Taxpayers answered questions about reporting of non-residents on income tax, filling out the transfer pricing annex, reflection of payments to non-residents and constructive dividends.

In addition, rules for annual VAT recalculation, benefits, write-off of arrears and VAT adjustments, etc., were explained.

During event, representatives of the State Tax Service emphasized importance of using the State Tax Service’s resources to find useful information for taxpayers, as explanations of tax legislation innovations and specific matters in the tax sphere are systematically published on web portal of the State Tax Service.
