Algorithm for identifying enterprises from “risky” category – joint webinar of the State Tax Service and Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine

Participants of joint webinar of the State Tax Service and Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine spoke today about removing enterprises from “risky” category and registration suspension of tax invoices/adjustment calculations in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices. Representatives of the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry also took part in the event.  

Specialists of the State Tax Service explained reasons for assigning payers to the risk category and procedure for their actions to eliminate this status. In particular, attention was focused on the list of necessary copies of primary documents that must be provided to the controlling body.

It was also about procedure for making decisions on registration of tax invoices/adjustment calculations by commissions at the regional level, procedure for submitting the value added tax payer’s data table.

Tax officials informed about correctness of compiling explanations to data tables, information they should contain, submission of copies of primary documents to the table, etc.

Special attention was paid to the state of consideration of cases, subject of which is appeal of decisions of commissions on refusal to register tax invoices/adjustment calculations in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices.

Speakers, during event, answered the most common questions that payers have during registration of tax invoices and provided recommendations for individual cases.
