Filling out the corporate income tax declaration for the first quarter of 2024 – joint webinar of the State Tax Service and Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine

Participants of joint webinar of the State Tax Service and Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine spoke today about the latest changes in the corporate income tax declaration form and procedure for its filling out by taxpayers for the I quarter of 2024.

Representatives of the State Tax Service clarified who, when and in what form should submit corporate income tax declaration, algorithm for filling out main and final part of declaration and its annexes.

Taxpayers were informed about main changes in the declaration form, focusing on changes to annexes and nuances of its filling.

In addition, responsibility for non-submission or late submission of corporate income tax declaration, non-payment of tax obligations and application of fines in the wartime were highlighted.

Representatives of the State Tax Service, during the webinar, focused on questions that payers most often address, commented on the most common cases and provided recommendations on how to avoid mistakes submitting reporting.
