New online webinar on taxation was held today by representatives of the State Tax Service and Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine. Participants, during event, discussed several topics that are relevant to the taxpayers today.

It was about of excise taxation peculiarities, circulation and licensing of excisable products during the martial law. Representatives of the State Tax Service particularly spoke about operations that are not subject to the excise tax in 2024, payment of excise tax on fuel, tobacco products and alcoholic beverages, filling out the excise tax declaration.

It was also informed about registration of excise warehouses, registration specifics of transfer of fuel to the Ministry of Defense, licensing and fuel storage in 2024, etc.

Second topic of the event was payment in 2024 of the minimum tax liability calculated for years 2022-2023 on land to owners or users of land plots. Tax officials focused on specifics of calculating the minimum tax liability for the specified reporting years, which taxes and levies are included to determine the minimum tax liability, reporting and liability for non-payment of the minimum tax liability.
