State Tax Service and Business Ombudsman Council held meeting of expert groups

New series of appeals regarding tax issues was discussed today by representatives of the State Tax Service and Business Ombudsman Council during meeting of expert groups.

Participants considered appeals from payers sent to the Business Ombudsman Council’s address. It was about the value added tax administration, registration of tax invoices/adjustment calculations. State of execution of court decisions by the Tax Service was also discussed. In particular, it was noted that the State Tax Service pays active attention to consideration of appeals from payers and promptly reacts in case of detection of point problems in order to eliminate them.

Representatives of the State Tax Service, during the meeting, provided comprehensive answers to questions and consulted on specific application matters of tax legislation.
