Explanation of novations in tax legislation, which will be introduced from June 16, 2024 – joint webinar of the State Tax Service and Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine

Another joint online webinar of the State Tax Service and Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine was devoted to novations in tax legislation, which will be introduced from June 16, 2024.

Representatives of the State Tax Service explained main changes that were made to Procedure for registration suspension of tax invoice/adjustment calculation in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices and Procedure for considering complaint regarding refusal decision to register tax invoice/adjustment calculation in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices, about failure to take into account the value added tax payer's data table, compliance of the value added tax payer with payer's riskiness criteria. Such changes were introduced by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 703 as of 13.06.2024.

In particular, it is assumed that payer may participate personally or through representative in consideration of complaint materials in video conference mode to provide oral explanations.

Speakers, during event, answered the most common questions that payers have in the process of registering tax invoices and provided recommendations for individual cases.
