Representatives of the State Tax Service and Business Ombudsman Council held meeting of expert groups, during which they considered new package of appeals from the taxpayers.

It was about the value added tax administration, in particular, the VAT refunding procedure, registration of tax invoices/adjustment calculations. Participants also discussed state of execution of court decisions by the Tax Service.

Representatives of the State Tax Service provided answers to individual appeals, commented on controversial situations and provided practical advices on resolving raised questions.
