New meeting of expert groups of the State Tax Service and Business Ombudsman Council was held

Representatives of the State Tax Service and Business Ombudsman Council held regular meeting of expert groups. Participants considered appeals received from taxpayers by the Business Ombudsman Council.

Representatives of the State Tax Service specifically commented on the issue of registration suspension of tax invoices, value-added tax administration, enforcing court decisions by the Tax Service, etc.

Specialists of the State Tax Service provided legal reasoning regarding raised questions and recommendations for resolving individual cases.
