Lesya Karnaukh: State Tax Service launches digital service “TAX Control”

State Tax Service launches digital service “TAX Control”. This is a tool for detecting violations in the trade, services or public catering spheres. This was informed by acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh on the Facebook page.  

Digital tool is located on the State Tax Service’s web portal – just click on the “TAX Control” widget in the upper right corner and send a notification. Everything is available 24/7 and from any device. 

Particularly, it is possible to inform about:

- failure to issue a fiscal check,

- trade without a license or with a violation of the excisable product sales,

- refusal to accept a card,

- work without state registration,

- unregistered employees.

“The same rules of work for everyone! I hear about this every day, communicating with business. While some work honestly and transparently, others are looking for schemes to minimize tax payments. This is the “shadow” because of which we lose enormous funds. The same ones that could go to support the military, restore infrastructure, salaries and pensions” – Lesya Karnaukh stated. 

She emphasized that honesty is about each of us, because almost everyone faces such violations. Therefore, introduction of such tool is a long overdue. 

“This is about shared responsibility and counteraction against the shadow. By the way, business itself has long asked for the creation of such tool. It is effective in the counteraction against double standards. And the result depends on each of us! If you see violation – join our team in the counteraction against the shadow. Honesty is now in trend!” – she emphasized.

How to submit a notification?

To send a notification, fill in all required fields:

- violation type;

- region and address of the place where violation was detected;

- brief description of the situation (at least 30 characters);

- applicant’s data: full name, full postal address, phone number, email;

- it is additionally possible to attach photo or other evidence (up to 5 MB).

Data security

All personal information of applicants is protected. It is not transferred to the third parties and is used exclusively for consideration of the notification.

For which regions is the service available?

“TAX Control” works for all of Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories, where tax authorities are currently not operating:

- Autonomous Republic of Crimea

- Donetsk,

- Luhansk,

- Kherson regions.
