Economic barrier-free: tax services without obstacles and complications

Economic barrier-free is one of the key areas of state policy, which in the tax sphere means simple, clear and equal access to services for everyone.
State Tax Service of Ukraine consistently creates conditions under which citizens and entrepreneurs can receive tax services conveniently – regardless of physical abilities, social status or the interaction format.
Today, the State Tax Service offers a wide range of free administrative and electronic services focused on the taxpayers’ comfort.
- Administrative services at the Taxpayer Service Centers: the entire list of administrative services at the Taxpayer Service Centers is free of charge.
-Tax Consultant Offices: business, individuals-entrepreneurs and citizen can personally receive professional advice and assistance on tax questions.
- Contact Center’s consultations : support and consultations on tax legislation.
- Communication Tax Platform: convenient mechanism for interaction between the State Tax Service and business associations, public organizations representing business interests.
- Publicly available information and reference resource (ZIR): large database of explanations, consultations and regulatory documents in the open access.
- Qualified Electronic Trust Service Provider: free provision of electronic signatures for government agencies, businesses and citizens.
- PRRO from the State Tax Service: convenient solution for registering payment transactions in the trade, public catering and services.
-"Specialized client software for generating and submitting reports to the "Single Window for Electronic Reporting"": free specialized client software for generating and submitting electronic documents.
-Electronic cabinet: online access to tax information, submitting reports, paying taxes, registering tax invoices, etc.
- Mobile application "My Tax Service": allows individuals to receive services, send messages to the State Tax Service and also provides access to some registers.
- “Online education” section: tool to increase the taxpayers’ comfort in fulfilling tax obligations and level of voluntary tax payment.
