Lesya Karnaukh: 41 thousand consultations in 4 months of work of the Tax Consultant Offices and from now on it is possible to sign up for them online

Tax Consultant Offices have provided almost 41 thousand consultations in 4 months since the beginning of work. And this year it is already possible to sign up for them online through the website “ZIR”. Acting Head of the State Tax Service, Lesya Karnaukh, wrote about results of the new service and plans for its development on her page.
“More clarity and openness from tax officials means fewer mistakes and fears among the taxpayers. For this reason, in September 2025, we created Tax Consultant Offices in 19 regions and the capital. Our new service to support citizens and business is in demand” – noted acting Head of the State Tax Service.
Leaders in the number of provided consultations are:
- Vinnytsia region;
- Khmelnytskyi region;
- Kyiv region;
- Kyiv city.
Who the most often sought consultation:
- individuals – almost 67% of all consultations;
- self-employed individuals and individuals- entrepreneurs – more than 18%;
- legal entities – about 15 %
Questions that the most interested payers are:
- accrual and payment of taxes and single social contribution by individuals – 40% of all consultations;
- determination and tax debt repayment –10.5 %;
- obtaining qualified electronic trust services – 8.6%;
- use the Electronic cabinet services – 8.1%;
- submission of tax declarations by individuals and self-employed persons – 4.9 %.
Service quality assessment:
- 98 % respondents were completely satisfied with the consultations’ quality;
- 98.2% noted a high level of competence and professionalism of consultants;
- Resolution of questions – dynamics show that efficiency increased by the end of the year. If in September 90.3% of people completely resolved their question, then in December this figure reached 95.3%.
