From September 2025 to February 2026, specialists from the Tax Consultant Offices provided taxpayers with almost 69 thousand consultations. Such consultations are becoming more and more popular every day. This was informed by acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh on the Facebook page.
"High-quality and professional consultation can save time, funds and nerves. This is principle we were guided by when we created the Tax Consultant Offices the last year" – Lesya Karnaukh stated.
According to her, the most often people come with practical questions:
- how taxes and social security contribution are calculated and paid;
- how to use services of the Electronic cabinet;
- how to check or settle tax debt.
In addition, a significant part of consultations concerned obtaining qualified electronic signatures and income declaration.
The biggest number of requests in:
- Vinnytsia region – more than 10.5 thousand consultations,
- Kyiv region – 8.5 thousand,
- Khmelnytskyi region – 7.5 thousand.
Who applies the most often?
Main users of services remain individuals – almost 67% of the total number.
Self-employed persons (individuals-entrepreneurs and persons involved in independent professional activities) – 18.45%, and legal entities – 14.75%.
“It is extremely important for us to receive feedback from the taxpayers. Therefore, we always ask to leave a review about the provided consultation. This allows us to improve our service and understand where there are gaps” - emphasized acting Head of the State Tax Service.
Lesya Karnaukh also emphasized that modern Tax Service is not only about tax administration. It is about clear rules, consultation and support.
