Position of the State Tax Service is unchanged: head is personally responsible for the subordinates' actions

Illegal activity of an employee of Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Zhytomyr region was exposed based on the results of investigative actions conducted by representatives of the National Police, State Bureau of Investigation under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor General’s Office with participation of the State Tax Service.

Position of the State Tax Service regarding illegal actions of service employees remains consistent – each head bears personal responsibility for subordinates.

In this regard, acting Head of the State Tax Service made a personnel decision regarding the dismissal of officials responsible for activity of the above-specified employee.

State Tax Service will continue to provide maximum assistance and assist the law enforcement agencies in combating corruption.
