"Pulse" service of the State Tax Service of Ukraine
The “Pulse” service accepts appeals from individuals and business entities (hereinafter –Applicants) regarding illegal actions or inaction of tax officials, as well as about possible corrupt actions on their part (hereinafter – Information).
It is possible to provide information by doing the following:
Step 1 – Dial the phone number 0800-501-007
Step 2 – Sequentially select direction “5” and press 1 after listening to the interactive voice answering machine from 9.00 to 17.00 (except for weekends and holidays);
Step 3 – Wait for connection with employee and leave the Information.
Providing the Information, state your last name, first name, patronymic (name of the business entity), contact telephone number, place of residence / registration, as well as the last name, first name, patronymic and position of employees of the STS’s body with whom the case is related, date, place and essence of the case, specific circumstances, remarks, requests or requirements. Information is registered as anonymous if the Applicant does not wish to give his / her last name, first name, patronymic, place of residence / registration.
In case of application by the Applicant’s representative, data on his / her authority to represent the legitimate interests and conduct the Applicant’s case related to the payment of taxes on the basis of law or a power of attorney must be provided. If the Applicant’s representative does not provide such data, the Information by the “Pulse” service is not accepted.
Step 4 – Information can be left on the interactive answering machine during non-working hours from 17.00 to 9.00 (also on weekends and holidays).
It can also be sent to the e-mail idd@tax.gov.ua.
Please note that registering the Application you consent to the recording of conversation by technical means, processing and use of the personal data according to legislation.
Applicants will be notified about processing results of the Information immediately or within 3 working days. If the Information needs additional consideration, the general term of its processing can be extended.
Applicants are not informed about the consideration results of anonymous Information and notifications about the presence of unreliable / outdated information on the official web portal / sub-sites of the STS; methodological or technical problems in the work of electronic services, systems and information on minimization of payment of taxes, fees and single contribution received by the e-mail.
