STS temporarily stops personal reception of citizens according to the announcement of quarantine in Ukraine, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 11.03.2020 № 211 “On Prevention of COVID-19 Coronavirus Spread in Ukraine” and in order to prevent the COVID-19 virus.

Herewith, please note that STS accepts citizens’ requests by means of E-mail: zvernennya_dps@tax.gov.ua in the form of scanned copies or photocopies of written applications signed by the applicant stating the date and place of residence (registration).

We ask taxpayers to be understanding in current situation.
