E-services for remote communication with the STS bodies

Due to the quarantine announcement in Ukraine, the State Tax Service recommends to use the electronic services, namely:

specialized client software “Unified electronic reporting window” (hereinafter referred to as “Unified window”);

information and telecommunication system “Electronic cabinet” (hereinafter – Electronic cabinet).

Specialized client software for formation and submission of reporting to the “Unified electronic reporting window” is posted on the STS web portal in Section “Main / Electronic reporting / Specialized client software for formation and reporting to the “Unified electronic reporting window”.

Login to the E-cabinet at:

http: // cabinet.tax.gov.ua, as well as through the official web portal of the STS.

Private part of the E-cabinet gives the payer an opportunity to:

send the electronic letter to any controlling body (menu “Correspondence with the STS”);

access to personal information, including login and credentials (menu “Credentials”), integrated card data (menu “Status of budgetary payments”), list of received documents and the taxpayer’s submitted reporting (menu “Incoming / sent documents”);

check status of budgetary payments (menu “Status of budgetary payments”);

obtain a certificate on the state of budgetary payments, as well as trust funds according to data from the STS bodies by sending a request for obtaining;

obtain a certificate on the absence of payments’ arrears, control of which is entrusted to the controlling bodies;

send requests for information, applications for registration of the taxpayer as a taxpayer of specific taxes, obtain certificates from the registers;

create and send electronic documents: tax and statistical reporting, reporting on the accrued amounts of the single social contribution to compulsory state social insurance;

use other electronic services and get useful information.

For individuals, the E-cabinet contains combined services for citizens into a separate E-cabinet for citizens which gives an opportunity to:

access the registration data and data on taxation objects (movable and immovable property, information of which comes to the STS from the relevant registers of other state bodies);

access the generated tax notifications - decisions on the amounts of accrued tax liabilities on the real estate tax other than land, transport tax and land payment;

submit property and income declaration;

receive information on the amounts of paid income and withheld taxes from the State register of individuals – taxpayers.
