In order to promptly serve taxpayers, it is suggested for sending letters to the State Tax Service, to use the Electronic cabinet, which can be accessed via the link: http://cabinet.tax.gov.ua.

Sending a letter (request, appeal, etc.) to the State Tax Service in a pdf format (limitation 5 MB) using the "Correspondence with the State Tax Service" menu of private part of the Electronic cabinet, in the "DPI code" field, select region and controlling authority that is indicated in the addressee of the letter. Sending a letter to the State Tax Service, in the "DPI code" field, select: 99 – Ukraine; 0 – State Tax Service of Ukraine.

Please note that preparing and sending documents to the State Tax Service, it is necessary to comply with requirements of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 55 as of 17.01.2018 "Some peculiarities of documenting management activities" (with changes).
