Citizens and employees of social protection bodies, having indicated individual’s registration data, can obtain necessary information by phone by contacting the Information and Reference Department of the State Tax Service by contact phone:

0-800-501-007 (free from landlines),

(044) 454-16-13 from 8⁰⁰ to 20⁰⁰ (except for Saturdays and Sundays) for residents of Kyiv city.

Information search is carried out by registration number of the taxpayer’s account card or series and passport number (for individuals who have mark in passport on the right to make any payments by series and passport number). If there is no record is found in the search results, the last name, first name, patronymic of individual is searched and number of region where individual applied for subsidies is used as additional requisites for the search.
