Main tasks and functions of the Department are:
Formation of information policy of the State Tax Service and its territorial bodies;
Ensuring public information on the implementation of tax policy and policy in the administration of single contribution to obligatory state social insurance via the Internet;
Informing the public about execution indicators, directions and results of the State Tax Service;
Ensuring cooperation and communications with the public and business community;
Organizing explanatory work in media regarding practice of applying legislation regarding questions within the State Tax Service’s competence;
Monitoring and analysis of the information space.
