Main tasks and functions of the Infrastructure and Economic Support Department

material and technical development of the STS and its territorial bodies;

prognostication and planning of expenses for material and technical support and development of the STS’s activities;

organization of public procurement of products, works and services in the STS’s apparatus;

coordination of work of the STS’s territorial bodies on procurement;

organization and provision of administrative and economic activities of the STS’s apparatus;

preparation of infrastructure objects of the STS’s apparatus and its territorial bodies for work in the autumn-winter period and monitoring status of these works;

provision of organizational measures aimed at obtaining motor transport services for the STS’s apparatus;

providing the STS’s apparatus with communication means and providing methodological assistance to territorial bodies of the STS in organizing work of the communication means;

provision within the STS’s powers of mobilization training, mobilization and control over the implementation of such measures;

provision of civil protection in the STS’s activities;

organization of fire and man-made safety in the STS;

implementation of labor protection powers and control over this work in the STS;

management of the state-owned objects.
