Tasks and functions

Main tasks and functions of the Department are:

1. monitoring of financial and economic operations of taxpayers for the presence of tax risks, taking into account legislative changes related to entry into force of the Decree of the President of Ukraine № 64 as of February 24, 2022 "On introduction of the martial law in Ukraine".

2. analysis of financial and tax reporting of taxpayers;

3. organization of work on suspension of registration of tax invoices/adjustment calculations in the Unified register of tax invoices, taking into account legislative changes related to entry into force of the Decree of the President of Ukraine № 64 as of February 24, 2022 "On introduction of the martial law in Ukraine".

4. conduction of, within the Department’s competence, consideration of appeals (requests) of state authorities, law enforcement agencies, judicial authorities and other subjects of the right to appeal on matters related to the STS’s activities.
