e-mail to the e-mail address idd@tax.gov.ua (write "6005" in the subject field);

chat through the Public Information and Reference Resource (ZIR) (https://zir.tax.gov.ua/).

Using ZIR, individuals and legal entities can independently search for an answer to their question in category 109 of the "Questions-answers from the Knowledge Base" section.
