State Tax Service of Ukraine informs about the possibility of exchange between the counterparties (seller and buyer) of adjustment calculations of quantitative and value indicators, which provide for a reduction in the amount of compensation for the cost of products/services to their supplier (hereinafter – adjustment calculation(-)), using electronic service of the State Tax Service for exchange of adjustment calculation(-) between the counterparties – Single Window of Electronic Documents (SWinED), API of which can be found at the link: http://obmen.tax.gov.ua.
Exchange on the server is carried out via direct connection (SOAP protocol). For cryptographic transformations of electronic documents, certified qualified electronic signature tools are used, which are also used for signing and encrypting electronic documents submitted to the Information Communication System "Single Window for Submission of Electronic Reporting".
Functionality of the SWinED system provides for confirmation of receipt of electronic document (adjustment calculation(-)) by the recipient, i.e. records date of receipt of adjustment calculation(-) by the recipient (buyer) of products/services from their supplier.
As of today, SWinED is used to exchange adjustment calculation(-) between the counterparties in more than 55% of cases out of the total number of such exchanges between taxpayers.
*To set up exchange of adjustment calculation(-) with the counterparties using SWinED, taxpayers can contact their service provider for the exchange of electronic documents and submission of reports.
