Corruption Prevention and Detection Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine expresses its gratitude to the public and employees bodies of the State Tax Service who took part in survey on the assessment of corruption level in bodies of the State Tax Service, which was carried out within framework of project preparation of the Anti-corruption program of the State Tax Service for 2023-2025. Survey was anonymous, and questions for payers and employees of bodies of the State Tax Service differed.
In general, 5000 respondents took part in the survey, including 1900 members of the public and 3100 employees of bodies of the State Tax Service.
Based on the analysis results of received answers, in particular, areas of work of bodies of the State Tax Service, which according to the public and employees of its bodies, are most closely related to corruption have been determined. Such information made it possible to assess corruption vulnerability of the main functions and processes of the State Tax Service and, accordingly, will be taken into account during preparation of the Anti-Corruption Program of the State Tax Service for 2023-2025.
In addition, it should be reminded that the State Tax Service has operating channels for reporting possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Law of Ukraine "On corruption prevention", which can be used to report about possible facts of corruption or related offenses committed by employees of the State Tax Service and offenses related to corruption, other violations of the Law of Ukraine "On corruption prevention".
