Press service of the State Tax Service of Ukraine,
State Tax Service launches a survey of users of the Electronic cabinet for its further modernization. This was announced by acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh.
“We want to change the Electronic cabinet. Do it with those who use it almost every day. Therefore, we are launching a survey of users of the Electronic cabinet. Take it and share your experience using the service” – Lesya Karnaukh stated.
Acting Head of the State Tax Service reminded that partners are helping to modernize the Cabinet – Swiss-Ukrainian program EGAP, implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation and the EU4PFM Project.
She emphasized that the State Tax Service seeks to make the Electronic cabinet not just a place to access tax services. It should be simple, convenient and understandable. And the most importantly – to be electronic assistant for entrepreneurs, which will make paying taxes and complying with the law as easy and inexpensive as possible.
Electronic cabinet is the main digital service for the taxpayers to interact with the Tax Service. Every day, it is used to submit declarations and reports, pay taxes, receive certificates, process receipts and notifications.
“In order for digital services to become truly convenient and effective, it is important to hear from those who use them every day. For the East Europe Foundation and our partners from Switzerland, it is important that digital government services, including tax services, develop based on the real needs of citizens and business. Results of this survey will help determine priority areas for improving the Cabinet and make taxpayers’ interaction with the state simpler, clearer and more convenient” – stated Victor Liakh, President of the East Europe Foundation.
In turn, Jurgita Domeikienė, Head of Components 1, 3 and 4 of the EU4PFM Programme, noted that the quality of digital government services largely depends on continuous improvement and open dialogue with users.
"In the European Union, development of electronic services is based on the principle of human-centricity – when services adapt to the citizens’ needs and business. That is why the EU4PFM supports the State Tax Service in development of modern digital tools, and the survey results will contribute to the further improvement of the Electronic cabinet" – Jurgita Domeikiene noted.
Acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh called on the taxpayers to actively participate in the survey.
“Your answers are very important. They will help us take into account real needs of payers during the further modernization and development of the Electronic cabinet” – Lesya Karnaukh emphasized.
