For the taxpayers working in production and circulation of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids for electronic cigarettes, procedure for submitting preliminary applications-calculations for the purchase of excise tax stamps has been simplified.

The Government has canceled specific deadlines for submitting such applications – until the 8th and 18th of relevant month. From now on, it is possible to submit application-calculation or adjust it throughout the month in which applications for production of required number of excise tax stamps are submitted.

Relevant changes are provided for by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №1195 as of 30.09.2026, which amended Regulations on the production, storage, sale of excise tax stamps and labeling of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes.
