November 9, 2026 is the last day to submit report on the accrual, calculation and payment of contribution to support employment of persons with disabilities (Report) for the 1^st – 3^rd quarters of the current year.

If the reporting results determine amount of contribution to be paid, funds must be transferred not later than November 19, 2026.

Since the deadline is approaching, it is recommended choosing the fastest method of submission – in electronic form using the code:

- J0500701 – for legal entities;

- F0500701 – for individuals-entrepreneurs.

Report can also be submitted in paper form in person to the tax authority at the registration place or sent by mail with a description of the attachment (when sent by mail, the letter must be issued not later than 5 days before the deadline).

Important: Report is submitted in the form approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 453 as of 25.08.2026 (Order №453). Document entered into force on September 25, and the Report form began to be applied from October 1, 2026.

Report is submitted to the tax authority at the main registration place within 40 calendar days after the end of reporting quarter.

Since Order № 453 provides for a transitional procedure for submitting the Report, employers must report for the 1^st – 3^rd quarters not later than November 9.
