Regarding the accusations of misconduct against “allegedly” an adviser of the STS Chairman

Some Media recourses reported on alleged misconduct by Yurii Kryhan, who was named as an adviser to the STS Chairman in the publications. In this regard, we inform you that the specified person is not an adviser to the Chairman of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.

In addition, we inform that the advisers to the STS Chairman are involved in providing consultative assistance on the STS activities and fulfill the tasks assigned to the STS, guided by the requirements of Subparagraph 25 Paragraph 6 of the Regulation on the State Tax Service of Ukraine, approved by Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of March 6, 2019 №227 and Section 2 of the Regulation on the procedure for involving specialists in the execution of individual works, participation in the study of specific issues, approved by the Order of the State Tax Service of Ukraine as of July 19, 2019 №19.

The STS is ready to cooperate with the law enforcement agencies in order to expose the tax misconduct.
