Test results of the latest RCO models were discussed in the STS

Technical readiness of the newest models of registrars of calculated operations for testing within the experimental project on registration and operation of the newest models of software and / or software-technical complexes intended for registration of calculated operations was discussed today by the participants of the monitoring group which includes representatives of the STS, Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, other central executive authorities and businesses.

“We have held individual meetings with all producers of the newest models during which the conformity of their decisions in compliance with the legislative changes, technical details, problems faced by the producers was discussed. This allowed us to identify areas that need to be refined. This approach gives the opportunity to prepare for the introduction of new legislative changes as fully as possible, because all the problematic issues will be worked out and producers will only need to adjust their decisions to the new conditions.” – emphasized Director of the STS Operation support department Dmytro Ventskovskyi.

According to him, the equal rights are provided to all test participants by the Tax service. The banner “Newest RCO” was created on the STS web portal by the link:  https://tax.gov.ua/baneryi/novitni-rro there is a software interface (ARI) through which the software of the newest models interacts with the STS information system, etc. In order to respect the rights of each project’s participant, the tax authorities invited producers to prepare active links to their decisions and videos demonstrating their work which will be displayed in a banner. Through these links interested taxpayers will be able to obtain complete information about the suggested model directly from the producer and choose the most suitable.  That is, there will be no advantages to this or that innovative solution and its popularity among the taxpayers will depend solely on the functional and technical characteristics, convenience and user’s preference.

Herewith, the State tax service as a government agency will provide its software solution free of charge and will provide its technical support. This will allow taxpayers, including those with financial constraints, to use this solution at no extra cost.

During the meeting, participants emphasized the importance of introducing new changes in the sphere of the RCO application, which, to Dmytro Ventskovskyi’s opinion is a positive thing, considering a great amount of contradictory information that is currently being heard in the society regarding the legislative changes. Active work is being done to clarify the benefits of legislative changes in the Tax service. After all, the introduction of software for registrars of calculated operations will simplify the process of the RCO application by eliminating the intermediate link in the data transmission chain from the RCO to the STS server, which speeds up the receipt of the check that certifies the calculated operation to the STS and the ability to verify its legitimacy by the buyer.
