Facts on the violation regarding the payment of wages to the STS in Kiev will be carefully checked

Recently, the media reported about the “non-payment of full wages to employees of the Chief department of the STS in Kyiv”. Taking into account the published information, the State tax service started the internal audit check on possible illegal actions of officials of the tax service in Kyiv.

Working group has been formed in order to conduct the audit. The group consists of representatives of the central office of the tax service. The audit should establish compliance with the wage conditions including the relevant accruals and bonuses.

If the published by media information will be confirmed, than guilty of unlawful acts officials of the Chief department of the STS in Kyiv will be brought to the liability according to the current legislation.

Ensuring the timely payment of wages in full amount to the STS employees is a requirement of legislation, the unconditional observance of which is the principle of the STS. Therefore, the tax service will promptly respond and verify information about possible unlawful actions of the STS officials in terms of payment of wages and their malpractice.
