The STS receives and processes the electronic appeals of citizens and requests for public information on matters within its competence.

Reference:

Electronic requests from citizens are accepted in the STS to the e-mail zvernennya_dps@tax.gov.ua in the form of scans or photocopies of the applicant’s written applications with the date and place of residence.

As follows, the citizen’s signature in the electronic application can be scanned or photographed.

Electronic appeals from citizens, signed by the qualified electronic signature, are also processed.

If the specified appeal is made without compliance with the above mentioned requirements – it will be returned without consideration within ten days from the day of its receipt in accordance with Part 8 Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals”.
