Declaration-2020: 384 individuals declared more than 1 million UAH of received income in January
Income declaration campaign for 2019 started on the 1st of January 2020. Almost 20 thousand individuals have already reported about income in January 2020.
Of these, 384 individuals declared more than 1 million UAH of income received in 2019. The vast majority of these citizens received their income from the sale of movable and immovable property, from inherited or received as a gift property, income from renting (sub-lease) real estate (movable) property, etc.
Thus, the biggest amount of received income was declared by the residents of Kyiv – almost 500 million UAH, of which 200 million UAH was received from inheritance of property and 259.1 million UAH – other taxable income.
In general, citizens declared 3.9 billion UAH in January 2020. This is 0.3 billion UAH or 9% more than in January 2019.
Taxpayers of Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia declared their income the most actively.
These citizens have declared the personal income tax in the amount of 86.9 million UAH – this is almost 10% or 7.2 million UAH more than in the same period last year. Military levy paid to the budget has been set at 14.6 million UAH – this is 11% or 1.5 million UAH more than in January 2019.
It should be reminded that the declaration campaign is ongoing until the 1st of May 2020. We urge citizens not to delay and declare their income on time.
