STS informs the public about possibility to use the open data sets
State Tax Service of Ukraine conducts constant updating of open data sets on the Open Data Portal of the Unified State Web Portal of Open Data (https://data.gov.ua/organization/tax) and on the official web portal of the State Tax Service (http://tax.gov.ua/datasets.php?q=).
At present, the STS updates 41 basic data sets on these information resources. Of these, 5 datasets are updated daily on weekdays, namely:

- Information about registration cancellation of the value added tax payers https://data.gov.ua/dataset/46ec7001-f492-4af8-8cae-00ba5e5537ce; http://tax.gov.ua/datasets.php?d=DFS20160406125451;
- Register of the single tax payers https://data.gov.ua/dataset/198185ea-44d6-48f0-877c-44251c413f64; http://tax.gov.ua/datasets.php?d=DFS20190614132019;
- Register of the excise tax payers and fuel sale https://data.gov.ua/dataset/08607f4c-b3f1-4b2f-8dbc-cd5866e5e60c; http://tax.gov.ua/datasets.php?d=DFS20190610093942;
- Register of the non-profit institutions and organizations https://data.gov.ua/dataset/2888f31a-9a0d-4c77-b570-0895753fa9cb; http://tax.gov.ua/datasets.php?d=DFS20190613183429.
The STS is also updating the data set “Information about the organizational structure of information manager” (https://data.gov.ua/dataset/informatsiya-pro-organizatsiynu-strukturu-rozporyadnika-informatsii; http://tax.gov.ua/datasets.php?d=DFS20160210112726). Specified data set contains information about the index of structural unit, titles of positions, titles of structural units and staffing.
Due to the publication of data sets, users of information resources are free to use and disseminate information from the relevant registers, which makes it possible not to send requests and wait a while for a response.
STS urges the public to use open data sets.

Public information in the form of open data is public information in a format that allows its automated processing by electronic means, free and unpaid access to it, as well as its further use (Part 1 Article 101 of the Law of Ukraine “On access to public information”).
State Tax Service of Ukraine constantly updates data sets in the form of open data in compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On access to public information” with amendments and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 21.10.2015 № 835 “On approval of Regulations on data sets published in the form of open data” (with amendments).
