Clarifications and sample documents for obtaining qualified electronic seal certificates for the software RCOs

Clarifications and new samples of filling in registration cards for obtaining the qualified electronic seal certificates for the software registrars of calculated operations by users are posted on the official information resource of a qualified provider of electronic trust services of the Information and Reference Department of the State Tax Service in section “Receipt of electronic trust services, including the software RCO”.

Documents were developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the use of registrars of calculated operations in trade, catering and services” and other Laws of Ukraine on the un-shadowing payments in trade and services” as of 20.09.2019 № 128-IX, which enters into force on 01.08.2020 and creation of appropriate conditions for functioning of register of the software registrars of calculated operations.
