The State Tax Service of Ukraine is open to information cooperation with the taxpayers, media, public authorities, local self-governments, other institutions and organizations.

The Service carries out information interaction with more than 50 public authorities, including the law enforcement agencies, provides transmission of more than 150 data sets from the information and telecommunication systems of the State Tax Service.

It should be noted that the State Tax Service of Ukraine is among agencies that are absolute leaders in openness. The State Tax Service constantly updates data sets in the form of open data on the Open Data Portal of the Unified State Web Portal of Open Data (https://data.gov.ua/organization/tax) and on the official web portal of the State Tax Service (http://tax.gov). ua / datasets.php? q =).

The Tax Service updates 41 basic data sets on these information resources. Due to their publication, users of information resources are free to use and disseminate information from the relevant registers.

Over the last 3 months, the State Tax Service has implemented and is implementing more than 10 projects to provide the law enforcement agencies with access to information from the STS’s information resources, both in the form of data exchange and access to the STS’s ITS in real time.

Also, the Temporary Commission of Inquiry (TCI) is systematically provided with information and automated workplaces are organized to work in the STS’s ITS.

As a result of the implementation of such projects, the law enforcement agencies and TCI have and will have, respectively, the amount of information that will provide full operational control over the current administration of taxes.

As of today, the State Tax Service processes more than 40 thousand requests daily. More than 6 million notifications for requests received in the framework of information cooperation were provided from the State Register of Individuals – Taxpayers during 2020.
