From East to West: Tax officials of Luhansk and Lviv regions held a patriotic flash mob

This year, specialists of the Main Directorate in Luhansk region jointly with colleagues from Lviv held a patriotic flash mob on the Day of the State Flag of Ukraine.

Tax officials from two regions symbolically raised Flags in two extreme points of Ukraine – in the East and the West.

They started from Luhansk region, from its easternmost point on the map. After all, here the sun rises earlier than all of Ukraine and gives people warmth, light and good mood.

In a solemn atmosphere, the tax officials of Luhansk region raised the Flag in Stanytsia Luhanska which as of today is a patriotic symbol of the East of our state and passed the torch to their colleagues from Lviv. So, the Flag in the West of our state was also fluttered.

The Flag symbolically passed from the East to the West of Ukraine and testified that we are united as one family and one nation.

With this gesture we showed that the whole country is yellow and blue. We hope that the sky blue and golden color of rye flax as a symbol of the unity of Ukrainian people will be seen not only by Ukraine but also by the whole world. The blue and yellow Flag for Ukrainians is a symbol of freedom and the struggle for independence. With this symbol, Ukrainian people support their statehood, unity and independence.
