259 thousand clients have received free qualified public key certificates from the STS since the beginning of 2020

Almost 259 thousand clients used services of the Qualified provider of electronic trust services of the Information and reference department of the STS during January – August 2020. They received 669.7 thousand free qualified public key certificates.

The provider’s services are most often used by individuals, namely 142.6 thousand. They received more than 286.8 thousand electronic keys.

Also, 116.3 thousand legal entities received 382.9 thousand qualified certificates during the specified period.

More than 97.2 thousand clients used the E-service of re-issuance of certificates by the electronic request, of which almost 50.3 thousand is legal entities and 47 thousand – individuals. More than 196.9 thousand certificates were generated by the electronic requests.

In total, almost 8.9 million qualified public key certificates have been issued since the provider’s inception.

Reminder! Using the E-service of re-issuance of certificates by the electronic request, each client has the opportunity to independently, in 24/7 mode, remotely, within 2-3 minutes receive a new certificate which will be valid for up to 2 years.

As follows, the center’s clients do not need to spend their time and personally visit the center to obtain a certificate.
